Storyboard Portfolio

Hey there. I set up this blog as a storyboarding portfolio, and I tried to include a cross section of different styles here. Please enjoy.

Snazzy Storyboards

Here are some snazzy boards I did for a state-wide campaign for Georgia credit unions (click to enlarge).

Monochrome Storyboards

Check out these monochromatic boards I did for a car dealership ad. It's a parody of the famous "You had me at 'Hello'" scene from Jerry McGuire (click to enlarge).

Your Basic Storyboards

Here are some nice, regular storyboards I did for an unproduced college spot (click to enlarge).

Simple Storyboards

Here are some simple boards I did for a credit union TV spot (click to enlarge).

Rough Storyboards

Here are some rough storyboards I did for a spot about a southern college. I did a beautiful cleaned up and shaded version of these, but you'll just have to take my word for it. The production company never gave them back to me. Anyway, I think you can still get a good idea what they looked like from these roughs (click to enlarge).

Cartoony Storyboards

These are some cartoony storyboards I drew for a comedic PSA (click to enlarge).

Indie Storyboards

I give special discounts for indie films. Here are some functional boards I dashed off for a short film called The Electric Heartbreaker . . . which I also co-wrote and co-directed, by the way (click to enlarge).

Stick Storyboards

Here's a pamphlet I wrote and illustrated some years back, for the Sidewalk Moving Picture Festival. It's a brief primer on the do's and don'ts of making a movie. They still use it every year, to inspire the contestants of their annual high school filmmaking competition. It's drawn in the style of cartoony stick figure storyboards, so check it out (click to enlarge).

Animation Storyboards

These are some boards I did for a never-produced animated short - pp. 37 - 48 of a 62 page storyboard (click to enlarge).
